Hot tubs, sauna, BBQ, ski lockers, games room and the Spruce lodge great room is just down the hallway.

I started skiing at Fernie in 1967 at the age of 6 years when the hill had just two T-bars. My wife and I have owned this unit for almost 30 years and we still use it personally throughout the year for skiing, fishing the Elk River, hiking and golfing getaways. In between our visits the unit is available for rentals.

Why they chose this property

Might have something to do with 875 cm of snow per year and the abundance of steep fall lines. The view of Skydive/Stag Leap/Decline was the closer.
