Why they chose this property
SW San Clemente is a special town and the T-Street Beach neighborhood is just magical. We fell in love with this area during multiple visits to see family and friends! After looking and searching over the years in other parts of Orange and San Diego Counties, we found this special hidden gem and knew it was where we wanted to be!
The ocean views, proximity to the beach, beach trail, pier, downtown, restaurants, nightlife, golf, plus convenient access to I-5 and 6 nearby airports all added to the appeal!

We LOVE our street and location. It's considered broadly by longtime residents to be one of the best streets in San Clemente. The property is basically brand new inside and outside, having been completely remodeled and rebuilt in 2024.
