Location, location, location! Everything about our stay was exceptional. The host was super helpful and always available to answer our questions, with lots of great information before, during, and even at checkout.The sunrises were absolutely beautiful, and we loved sitting on the deck in the evenings, watching the sunset over the bay. The location and views really made the stay special. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful villa conveniently located near anywhere you want to go on the island. The view was fabulous and the villa was well stocked with just about everything you need. Would go back in a heartbeat !

View was amazing from our balcony. Beach chairs and ice packs were key. We were able to take our lunch to the beach and lounge in comfort. Both restaurants had wonderful meals.

What we wanted the most was to be able to walk to Coki Beach and snorkel while feeding the fish dog biscuits, frozen peas or corn. We made the walk three times and enjoyed it very much. The view from the vacation home was wonderful. A definite wow factor when you walk in due to the ceiling. Debra's detailed tips and directions helped us have a good idea of what to expect and do. She was also very responsive at handling any concerns that we had.

Debby was a great host, very thoughtful and great communication. Point pleasant was a great place to stay, the condo had beautiful views, was clean and fit our needs well. Resort itself had three pools, small beach, Sun and Sea restaurant was nice and easy trips to other beaches and Red Hook. Hope to make it back again!

Great location near 3 stunning beaches - Lindquist, sapphire and coki. It is also near red hook and the ferry which is great. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying spectacular views and stars. The beach restaurant is great! Beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The condo was well equipped with snorkel gear, towels, coolers, beach chairs, etcWe loved our time here and would gladly return.

Very relaxing stay

Spent a long weekend with some friends. Location was close to some great restaurants and the resort amenities are great. Restaurants on site are a plus with great staff.Would definitely come back !

Great property/resort

This is one of the best properties/resorts in St Thomas, and we have stayed at many over the years. Some of the highlights; grounds including the nature trail and gazebo, magnificent views, first class restaurant, pools with views, spacious condo and deck with views, close to great beaches, and good location.
