Welcome to Claddagh Condo!

This cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is ideally located in Sealoft Village of Ocean Sands. A super short walk to either the beach, pool will make everyone in the family happy :) Golf, dining, and shopping are all a short drive away!

The open-concept living area features plenty of space to relax, with multiple outdoor decks and porches to enjoy the sun or shade. The fully-stocked kitchen flows into the family room, with an island for casual meals and easy access to a sundeck for outdoor seating. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, carport with covered tandem parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

*Note: If you want to bring your pet, we allow small pups! :) (fee applies per pet)

The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the community amenities, outdoor shower, and beach access.

*NOTE: Pool opens from Memorial Day to Labor Day


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach house!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property co-host. You may receive an email to complete your screening.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign renter agreement. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. $300 deposit HOLD required.
For security reasons we require a valid ID once the booking is accepted. No smoking of any kind or vaping indoors.
Dog fee is per dog. If you have a dog please keep it on leash at all times when outdoors for their safety and others.

This was the perfect place for a little spring break getaway for our family! Super close to the beach, across the road from Harris Teeter, restaurants and little beach shops! It was clean and comfy! (Ps. The master bed is NOT comfortable) The house is dog friendly and our dogs had a great time going to the beach and back to the condo twice a day!

The property was beautiful and way bigger than suspected! The place is completely redone and very clean! Proximity to the beach is perfect yet you’re still close to restaurants, grocery and shopping!

Need access to cable tv. None of the apps work any longer for guests since almost all of them are tied to peoples home I.P. address.We could not access local or cable stations on the house tv and in the evenings could not watch football or basketball.Parking is tight for 3 vehicles.We requested early check in or late check out. Neither was approved HOWEVER we were texted an offer to extend our visit. Reallt? A noon check in or out in NOVEMBER when the unit was obviously not rented is not customer friendly especially for a 2 night stay.

Thank you for your review. We want to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our listing clearly states that we have smart TVs so guests can use their own streaming accounts. This is standard across most rentals in the area, and the apps function normally when logged into personal accounts. We will re-check the TVs to ensure everything is operating as expected. Regarding early check-in and late check-out, these are never guaranteed and depend on our cleaning team’s schedule, maintenance, etc. During your stay we were not able to accommodate either request. The message you received offering an extended stay is an automated availability notification and does not reflect our ability to adjust same-day turnovers. As for parking, the listing notes the space is tight but fits three vehicles unless they are all large. I assume this is noted by you because a neighbor complained that you parked in their driveway. We always aim to provide a positive experience, but we also want our policies and listing details to be understood and respected. We appreciate the feedback.
