Winwick: Fully Renovated Farmhouse in Northern Catskills 15 miles from Windham
This modest 150 year old farmhouse is nestled in the quaint hamlet of Preston Hollow with the Catskill Creek running behind the backyard. We spent 2 years renovating the interior ourselves where you will find 3BR & 2 Bath with new tile and wide-planked flooring. Heat is provided with all new baseboard heaters on Smart Thermostat as well as a wood-burning stove. In the Summer, we have window air-conditioner units. Other Amenities: Cable, WIFI, AppleTV, all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, wood-burning stove, bicycle, piano, grill, & garden. We are located on Main Street of Preston Hollow between two quiet neighbors. Perfect for quiet, respectful guests who are interested in skiing at Windham or just need a getaway or work-from-home situation. Large Groups, Parties, Illegal activities: This is NOT the place. Thank you!
