*Important Notice – As beautiful as the beach club is - please be advised that All of Bonita Beach Club is an active reconstruction project due to the damages from Hurricane Ian. There is the possibility that there will be restoration activity. The pictures of the property are current as of February 23, 2025. The elevators are operational - there are two in our building.



Not a worry - The important stuff is ready to enjoy! The pool is beautiful and ready for a dip, the pickleball/tennis courts are open for a match or two or three, the beach has been reclaimed and the sand is soft and the beach is huge! The sunsets are what dreams are made of – so beautiful and almost too amazing to believe possible. The courtyard is being planted with incredible tropical flowers and plants. There is an improvement every single day. The facilities are open for use as well – top notch exercise facilities, game room, library, Lounge, supplemental laundry facilities and more. Lots of social activities as well to help meet new people and enjoy the club even more. There have been progressive dinners, book club, Valentines Events, live music events, Thirsty Thursday at the Pool or Picnic/Grille area – lots of ways to get involved during your stay.


Unit 646D has been remodeled top to bottom! New furniture, new flooring, new appliances and super clean. Worry free and ready for you to relax while you stay with us!


The master bedroom is decorated with a coastal vibe – a comfortable king-sized bed in soft blues and white with soft carpet under your feet. A sitting area overlooking the Gulf calls you to relax and enjoy a good book or ponder what the day will bring. There is a flat screen TV for you to enjoy while lounging at the beginning of the day, or to lull you to sleep at night. There is a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and drawers for your items. The hall closet holds the in-unit washer and dryer as well (new appliance 2/25).


The guest room has two full size beds decorated in a sharp nautical coastal grandmillennial style. The upholstered headboards and ample pillows make for comfortable lounging while watching the flat screen tv or reading a good book. There is a sitting area as well overlooking the backwaters at the beach club where there is plenty of activity to watch such as kayakers, people fishing and boating. This room has a walk-in closet with built ins that offer ample well thought out storage.


Off both bedrooms is a balcony overlooking the Gulf on one side and the back waters on the other. A table and chairs make for a perfect quiet retreat to unwind. The front screen lanai has a table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset.


The main living areas have comfortable modern furniture and a large flat screen tv for you to enjoy a movie after your busy day outside! The dining area has a counter-height table for eating great meals or playing a board game or two. When you sit and listen the Capiz shell chandelier makes a relaxing calming sound when the shells clink together – reminding you of actual shells washing up on the beach.


The kitchen is newly remodeled and has new KitchenAid appliances. Black granite counter tops give a lot of space for you to cook up some of your best dishes. Plenty of storage for your items in the buffet along the wall and new cabinets. Stocked with pots, pans, plates (ceramic and plastic) cups, silverware, bakeware, bowls, serving dishes, cooking utensils, knives and cutting boards – chef it up!
