All the two story homes in Ocean lakes are the same size as well as one stories. The house is 1654Sq ft which is in the listing. No one has complained about the golf cart, as well as yourself. Had you have mentioned any of this during your stay it would have been handled immediately.

Extremely disappointing experience with this host. I informed the host ahead of time that I have a medically necessary, trained service animal. VRBO policy clearly states that service animals are allowed, and I explained this respectfully to the host. I even offered to provide documentation and paperwork for the service animal — although legally I am not required to do so — simply to make the host feel more comfortable and show transparency.Despite this, the host still refused to allow the service animal. It became clear that they either did not understand or did not care about VRBO’s policy regarding service animals. On top of that, the host was unwilling to provide a proper refund, forcing me to escalate the situation through VRBO customer support in order to get my money back. This situation created unnecessary stress and frustration, especially considering service animals are not pets and are medically necessary for individuals with disabilities. I would strongly caution anyone with a service animal before booking this property.

We have many pet friendly homes available. I can not allow a Great Dane, and a Frenchie in a home that isn't pet friendly. You have to think about future guest as well. Many people have allergies to pets. This is why we offer pet friendly homes.
