Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit for the 2 of us for a summer getaway. Very clean, location is great, no problems with the unit as everything was in working order, beach gear was good, and the pool was especially appreciated after morning walks.

Nice vacation getaway spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Lanai is perfect for morning coffee, cocktails at night and people watching. Bathroom has been remodeled as well as most of the kitchen. Bedroom carpeting needs replacement as does the tile in the kitchen and entryway. Kitchen is well- equipped. Furniture is comfortable but is getting a bit worn. Bed is very comfortable. Beach chairs are nice, but a beach wagon to haul everything is needed- we were able to borrow one from the front desk, luckily.
