This appt is on the ground floor of a house. Parking is excellent, check in and all communication was effortless. My questions were answered in a timely manner. This is an older rental in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer are extra large. Separate air conditioning in all rooms. Nice big TV. Good value for your money.

The pictures look better than the actual place. There are window units for AC. The shower in bathroom was very small. Parking is small since there in more than one unit. There was bugs in the kitchen. It looks like they are still working on the building.
