We had a wonderful family stay here! The place was spotlessly clean, and the host was fantastic, responsive and welcoming throughout. Our kids loved the pool, and best of all, we didn't have to leave our little pups behind. It's rare to find a rental that's so genuinely pet-friendly. Great location and a great overall experience. We'd definitely come back!

Pleasant place

The Ledges is a pleasant place with easy access to Snow Canyon. I think our stay would have improved if the owner of the property had ensured that articles that are supposed to be inside the property are, in fact, there. A pan larger than 1 qt. would have been nice for cooking pasta.

Wonderful Fall weekend getaway

We stayed for 4 nights. The rental property is beautiful! It was clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. I really loved being able to sit on the private balcony & enjoy my morning coffee. The layout really worked well for our family. I loved that we were able to bring our dog, they even had a gate by the staircase, which helped contain him. We loved the pool & hot tub. We had only 2 issues, and the property manager helped resolve them quickly. The internet wasn’t working, they helped us trouble shoot it, then when it still wouldn’t work they gave us access via another WiFi account. The unit was missing Pickle ball equipment, so they brought us some. We loved the location. It was quiet & relaxing, but close enough to St. George to easily get to restaurant's, go paddle boarding & get to hiking trails. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as vacation rentals go, this one was better than average, but there were a couple things that would stop us from renting this unit again. The washer, which was in a closet in the middle of the house, was moldy and smelled horrible. Also, there was a note on the thermostat that said not to turn the air conditioning below 72 degrees, which is a couple degrees above comfortable for us. I feel that the limits on the a.c. use should be disclosed in the listing so people can decide beforehand if that is okay with them.

Not Ready for Prime Time

We has issues which over the course of our stay were resolved to some extent. Missing aerators on all faucets, missing kitchen items such as towels, and a missing smoke detector. All of these items were brought over or fixed. The dining set was dirty, worn and had wobbly chairs. Otherwise, the unit was okay. Frankly, Ledges Rentals was very responsive and indicated that they planned on making changes within their system to ensure that there was consistent standardization.
