Master Suite on the second level and 2 generous size bedrooms on the first level each with there own full baths. Walking distance to 2 Big Box grocery stores, Mega & La Comer so you can stock up on groceries and your favorite beverages. Get your coffee fix at STARBUCKS right in the parking lot of La Comer. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters

Casa #33 Bucerias area

Casa # 33 was nice & clean ...... very quiet with excellent access to groceries & busing. Beds were comfortable & we felt very safe in this superbly cared for gated developement. Our family enjoyed our first stay for Christmas, New Years & all our other adventures in the Bucerias area. Lots to see, do & experience. We love Mexico !!

Great villa

Have just spent 10 weeks at this lovely bright, spacious villa. Great location, 5 minute walk to the 2 top grocery stores and busses that take you anywhere. Hotel quality beds and bedding and spotless home. Top appliances and well appointed kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful walled back garden and the main floor terrace with plunge pool. Roberto, the owner and Ricardo, the property manager, get a 10+out of 10 for their outstanding service.

Clean, good location, quiet

Good location for catching the bus to downtown Puerto Vallarta, and picking up groceries at the neighboring super market. The house was very clean! The homeowner is also very helpful and quick to respond. We were impressed!
