3-bedroom home in Lawton near Ft Sill with large yard, pool and Chefs kitchen

As we seek to continue to provide an exceptional vacation home, we value customer feedback but do expect it to be truthful. So, it is extremely disappointing that this customer would choose to write such a negative and dishonest review. We are a military family and therefore, have a high code of ethics that we adhere to and find this dishonest review very shocking and disturbing. The description of the property to include sleeping arrangements, chef kitchen supplies (which most people love), and the well-maintained swimming pool (as shown in customers photos) is correct and accurate as detailed on the site. We take such pride in providing a beautiful and comfortable place for families to stay but understand that unfortunately, there will always be a few dishonorable people with malicious intent. The guest has requested a day refund because, at the last minute, they chose to leave early. They informed us that their reason for leaving a day early was because they were tired and had a long travel ahead. Outside photos revealed that they spend several hours in the pool. It is unfortunate that this guest didn't want to honor their time commitment and instead decided to damage the property and then write a poor and dishonest review. We know that we have had great people stay at our place and other reviews of our property have revealed how much we care and strive for excellence, always have and will continue to do so - no matter what.
