That said, we’re sorry to hear the surrounding environment made you feel uneasy. While the neighborhood is a historic urban area undergoing steady revitalization — something we do note in our listing — we completely understand that not every setting is the right fit for every guest. We want to assure you that we’ve had no previous complaints or incidents at this property, and your experience with overnight noise is not something we've heard before. That said, we will absolutely note your concern for future evaluation. We also wish these concerns had been relayed to us during your stay. Our team is always on call and we would have welcomed the opportunity to help — whether by talking through your concerns or even exploring a possible relocation to another one of our homes that may have better suited your comfort level.
