Sagamore Beach - 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with room for 16+. Perfect for a week or two at the beach! Spacious, updated main house with attached, newly renovated 2-br apartment. Walk to the beach path across the street and enjoy a private beach on the bay. Plenty of outdoor space, outdoor shower, lots of parking, AC, 2 laundry spaces, wifi, multiple tvs, two grills, beach chairs/towels/coolers.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all trash out Friday night for Saturday morning pick up, any more trash after that like food and clean out of fridges, take trash with you if possible, as new tenant moves in Saturday afternoon.
Strip all beds that were slept in, put used sheets and towels in front of washer/dryers.
Make sure outdoor umbrella is not open, doors locked, windows closed, grill grates clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The host was very helpful and the property was perfect for our large group. Everything was great and the house was stocked with anything you might need. Great location as well!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, even better in person, and the location couldn't have been better with the beach right across the street. We also loved how well stocked everything was—from the kitchen supplies to the toys, games, and kids' utensils. It made traveling with kids so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

We are from Metrowest Boston, and grew up coming to Sagamore Beach, have had our property for 20 years. We spend time here mostly in the summer when it is not rented, but also enjoy it during the off-season.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of room for a family reunion, group rental or just extra space for a family who wants to spread out. The highlight is the private beach across the street, a short walk 2 houses down and onto the beach path. If you're an early riser, walk over to the beach for the sunrise!
