Located on a cul-de-sac in a wooded neighborhood, 3 level home with over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths that sleeps 10 with 3 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins. A double garage, multiple walk-out decks, 2 wood burning fireplaces, 5 TVs, Wi-Fi and official size pool table complete the home.

Middle Entry Ground Level includes living room, TV, fireplace, ½ bath and great room area with kitchen & breakfast bar, 2 dining areas, family room and TV. Access to outside deck and shutters covering the abundance of windows looking out on the evergreens.

Upper Level includes large master suite with King bed, TV and adjoining master bath with shower and extra large tub. A second bedroom with king bed, TV and full bath are also on this level.

The Lower Walk-Out Level includes a huge bonus room (with bar, pool table, air hockey, dart board, wood burning fireplace & TV), two large bedrooms and bath plus a complete laundry room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 1 king and 2 twin beds. Walk out to second deck and backyard.

Very spacious home with places to spread out as we gathered for a family wedding close by. Kitchen was well-supplied, plenty of towels and bedding- everything we needed was there! Highly recommend!

Perfect Evergreen Escape for July 4th

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Evergreen home! It was the perfect spot to celebrate July 4th—peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. We kicked off our first evening with a BBQ on the deck while watching elk pass through the woods behind the property—such a memorable experience.The home had plenty of space to relax and entertain, and our kids loved the downstairs lounge with air hockey and billiards. Great location close to the lake and nearby restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

Great property, great location!

Our family loves to rent this place when we're in Evergreen visiting our parents. The house has a perfect set up for teens with a gameroom and great amenities, and Hiwan is an ideal location, close to everything. I definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this place in Evergreen. It was conventionally located, and seeing the elk roam around in the backyard was great! The house has plenty of space, and the pool table kept the kids busy for hours. We would stay again if we came back!

Beautiful Home in the mountains

Great location in a terrific neighborhood and the home was wonderful, very neat n clean with beautiful views of the mountains. Our family had a fabulous time and the two kids loved the downstairs rec room. This was a perfect home for 8. We are definitely coming back.

Family trip to Colorado

This place was great for our family. We had our kids and their spouses meet us in Evergreen for a family wedding and the location and size was perfect. The house was exactly like advertised - roomy enough for us all to have our own spaces and the wildlife in the neighborhood was amazing - lots of elk, some mule deer, and even a bobcat and her kitten! The location is great - not too far from downtown Evergreen and easy access to the highways to the mountain areas. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Colorado Visit

We visit our son in Evergreen. There is 18 total in our family. So my daughters and their family stayed at this rental house. This was the second time we rented this house! It is great and everyone enjoyed their time in Evergreen visiting our son and brother to his two sisters! The house was very accommodating! Thank you!
