Thank you so much for staying with us Curtis! I was so excited to see the bird feeder you and your wife left in the backyard. It will definitely add to the relaxing space. We hope we’ll get the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage! Jen was in constant contact with us, making sure all was well. The house was just what we needed for the 3 of us, staying in Cape Coral to enjoy the beautiful area and watch some pickleball at a local tournament. The hot tub hit the spot after long days of adventures. Highly recommend local Sidecar Treats to enjoy some ice cream. I was especially impressed by the little touches at the house, making our stay comfortable and easy.

I’m originally from the Midwest, but have called Florida home for the past 15 years.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I had the opportunity to purchase and renovate his best friend’s childhood home and we jumped at the chance. We have had so much fun decorating and making it a peaceful place for our guests. We have wonderful neighbors in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

We love our quiet and shaded backyard! The hot tub is a perfect place to relax and unwind.
