3 Bed/3.5 Bath home with AC - walkable to beach - East End, St Thomas

Located on the East End of St Thomas, within walking distance to the beach and St.Thomas Yacht Club, this delightful house is perfect for a family vacation. With 3 charming bedrooms including 2 king beds, a crib, and two sets of bunk beds, guests will feel right at home. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, AC throughout entire home, and Starlink WiFi during your stay. House is equipped with two Tesla power walls to ensure no vacation is burdened by any of the island wide power outages.

Please note that our home does have a very steep driveway and a few steps to enter the front door. We point this out as it may not be a great fit for those with limited mobility. However, there is a separate apartment downstairs (no shared spaces) where our co-owner and property manager lives, and he is available to assist with parking or any additional property needs.

Immaculate home! Perfect set up for families, and any friends that are as close as family.Communication with host was exactly what you’d expect. Nothing left unanswered and quick to respond to any need. Enjoy the easy access to many of the amenities on the east side of St. Thomas!

We had the most Wonderful stay at the East End Estate! The house is beautiful with the most spectacular views of St John. You can’t find a prettier sunrise on the island. The location was right near town and felt very safe. The house was huge and stocked with everything you could imagine for a stay in St Thomas with kids. Toys, highchair, crib, towels and snorkel gear. The kitchen had everything to cook full meals. Pots pans dishes toaster coffee pot etc. Penelope was so helpful and had really great suggestions for places to eat, to shop, and things to do. We will be back!

This home has magnificent views and very spacious living areas including a stunning outside area overlooking Cowpet Beach. It’s was spotless with great amenities. Communication with Penelope was seamless! I recommend getting groceries from Moe’s market. We had dinner at Secret Harbor and Three Palms, both were delicious. We enjoyed spending the days at Secret Harbor Beach Club prior to our catamaran charter to BVI. A car is necessary to enjoy the island from this home. There is a steep driveway and a short incline to enter the home. Highly recommend!

Amazing Views and host

The property is clean, spacious, and has beautiful views. The owners are extremely responsive and full of local knowledge. Every bedroom having its own bathroom is a huge bonus. Plenty of room to hang out together yet plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. Highly recommend and will book again.

Great Stay-We Will Be Back

Great location close to Red Hook, Cowpet, Anchorage and the Yacht Club.Loved the house set up with each room having its own bath and A/C unit.Well stocked kitchen with all the basics. Property was very clean. Great TV/Tech and WiFi. House is virtually total solar, so a small chance of WAPA messing your vacation up with a power outage.We will definitely be back!

So user-friendly and situated in a perfect location to sample the island life around us. The host was more than anyone could ask for. So knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you talk to John about conducting anything you could dream of on the waters surrounding you.

9 person trip!!!

Our stay here was incredible!!! The deck provides a beautiful view of the water and has access to 2 different walking distanced beaches! Snorkeled in a beautiful rocky beach that was a 5 minute walk and it was incredible! The property was also a 7 minute drive from various shops and restaurants, as well as the ferry that provided access to St John. It was awesome. Close to sapphire beach resort as well. The house was equipped with everything necessary for our week and the owner gave us many recommendations, and overall was very helpful! Our group has nine people and we had PLENTY of room. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking to visit St Thomas. It’s a beautiful house with amazing owners!!

We found the place very clean . ( and I’m very picky ) From bathrooms , bedrooms and the newly renovated kitchen . The view is lovely . The hosts Penelope and John are quick in responding with any questions or concerns you have .We would definitely recommend this place to any friends .
