This Pine house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. The property features a cozy living room with a fireplace. One bed and one bath with laundry room on the main floor. Upstairs has 2 bed 1 bath with a nice big open area that has 4 queen beds and a T.V. A perfect place for relaxing after a day of exploring. This property is located just 1.5 miles past the Pine store, cafe/bar and 4.7 miles from Trinity Hot Springs. A great place to hang out after a day hiking, razor riding, hunting, snowmobiling, or boating at the Anderson Reservoir that is just 8 minutes away. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Strip all bedding and leave it in the laundry room/bathroom.

Leave used towels on the floor in the laundry room. Turn off all lights. Put key back in lockbox.

Empty all trash cans and leave in the big garbage bins in the garage. Load and start dishwasher. Turn heat down to 62 in the winter and AC to 72 in the summer. Lock all doors and windows.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

NO PARTIES, WEDDINGS, OR EVENTS OF ANY TYPE. Clean up spills and crumbs. Take shoes off at door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

Keep noise level down. Respect property and neighbors. Fire restrictions in place. Please no fires.

Good times

It was a great house and great price! Would like more pictures on the listings. And the it was a little dirty when we got there. But overall, we were very happy :)
