My wife and I have stayed at several properties located here and run by other landlords most were simply terrible. A few were just adequate. What a pleasant surprise to find this unit. Walking in we found it to be very clean and bug free!!! Which is rare at anyplace we have traveled. The first thing I noticed was an induction cooktop in the kithchen, multiple towels, including wash cloths. They were not all old like what is usually given to us at rentals. The bath and shower are clean not full of mold as is the norm. The glass shower actually keeps the water off the floor. A Big screen TV located in front of a comfortable bed with plenty of clean pillows. An actual working Netflix account. The clean deck with a chair to sit outside was a plus. The unit even had a emergency kit. WOW! this is the first I have seen in any unit I have rented. The washer works😍 It has a recessed ceiling, another first in a unit here, definitely a professionaly designed interior. Switchable mood lights, deck lights, etc all wall controlled.The water is actually hot in the shower also. The ac next to the bed is quiet. In the kitchen the only thing missing is a larger cooking pot and pearing knife. The rattan shades let's in the morning light. I prefer room darkening shades but I can't win them all. Haha This is an owner occupied and rented unit and it shows. We rented this again it was that comfy. .
