The location is magical with the nature and falls. I am an artist on the (separate) top floor who is inspired by nature and have a painting studio to work. You feel like your on a ship when on the deck, the gardening with varieties of plant life and possibilities is inspiring.and it’s, a very quite street. Close to Albany, and Chatham, Pittsfield, Hudson,…for shopping, restraunts, museums, and performance venues, and many hiking trails. To stay here would be supporting an artist and improvements to the property.

Quiet and close to neighboring towns, the possibility of renting out the lower floor, and room on the top floor to work and live.

What makes this property unique

Tayer Falls, and the state owns the parking area next to the house through the woods for Fly Fishermen or women, and swimming when the water is calm.
