Recomendamos o imóvel pela qualidade das suas dependências, pela estrutura do condomínio (dotado de lazer completo, segurança, serviços), pela localização e pela receptividade da Lindineide.
Inserido numa região turística, conta com bons restaurantes, bares e lanchonetes; além de excelentes pontos conveniência. O local remete ao pleno descanso e tranquilidade (melhor ponto da Cidade em nossa opinião) com opções de entretenimento.
A proximidade da praia (muito limpa e tranquila) é um privilégio.
A profundidade do mar é adequada, principalmente, para o lazer das crianças.
Praia urbana recomendada para quem gosta de qualidade.
De fato a orla mais bonita do Brasil com opções diversas para um bom passeio.
O principal: o local remete à simplicidade e transmite sensações de paz e segurança.

A estadia foi muito boa. Apartamento amplo, organizado e imobiliário de muito bom gosto. O apartamento fica perto de tudo, além de não precisar de nenhum tipo de transporte para chegar aos principais restaurantes e bares localizados na orla de Aracaju.

Apartamento excelente, localização privilegiada!
Gostaria de agradecer imensamente à Lindineide e sua irmã que nos receberam muito bem e sempre dispostas a nos ajudar no que foi preciso.
O apartamento é impecável, novíssimo, todo equipado e ainda foi disponibilizado computador. O condomínio é completo com salão, spa e piscinas!
A localização excelente, fica a 2 quadras da passarela do caranguejo e praia. Muito segura e fácil acesso a restaurantes.
Sem dúvida alguma ficaria lá novamente!
