Only 200 yards from Beach, View the Beach, Pond & Oaks trees from porch!

2017 construction just a very short walk (200 yards) to the beach. No other houses in Front only a pond, oak trees and yard. Inside, the very open floor plan has ceramic tile throughout with many large windows to add to the open feel.

The spacious master bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom. Four other bedrooms have queen size beds. The well equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets and leave all your spices and cooking gear at home. All your supplies are their for you including foils, plastic bags, all paper products. Downstair theirs a propane weber grill and a charcoal one for your use, And don't forget the fire pit.

From this location, you can be in the New Orleans French Quarter or Superdome in less than an hour. On the way to New Orleans, you can stop by the Stennis Space Center Infinity Museum that features science and space exhibits.
Traveling to the west on the beach road, you can visit the Waveland Public Pier for fishing (one mile) and beautiful views of the water, stop by Buccaneer State Park for a little recreation and continue to the Silver Slipper Casino for a little gaming or eat in their restaurants.

Traveling just to the east on the beach road you will find Bay St. Louis 'Old Town' only 2 miles away with restaurants, shopping, antiques, a coffee house, and bike and gulf car rentals. Hollywood Casino that features The Bridges golf course is also located in Bay St. Louis.

Guided fishing trips are available, but reservations should be made in advance.

Please leave all used sheets on bed, bring towels to the laundry room. Bring garbage downstairs to the cans and put cans by the street . Pick up is Monday & Thursday mornings.
Leave Thermostates on 75 in summer & 60 in Winter when you leave.

Great Spot!

The location was great for our family that has multiple little kids. The shallow water was perfect for them. The easy access to the beach was also a huge plus. The screened in porch was great for outside meals with all the kids. Hopefully, we'll get to stay there again.

Beautiful Home near Beach and Great Restaurants..

We stayed in the beautiful home while enjoying Mardi Gras on the Mississippi Coast. There were nine of us and everyone had great time staying at the home. Wonderful restaurants are located in Bay St. Louis which is either a long walk or a short drive. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic Property

My friends and I hosted a bachelorette trip at this property, and I can't recommend it enough for large groups. There is so much room in the common spaces (kitchen/living room/dining room) and the outdoor porch is quite large as well. We were also so pleased that the house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels and washcloths, cleaning products, laundry detergent, and even flashlights! It was also so close to the beach!

Wonderful choice

Stayed for a long weekend- 3 old friends and 5 of our children, aged 11-22. Very comfortable beds and bedding, powerful AC, plentiful kitchen supplies, great location, fabulous screened in porch…really, we had a great time. No wifi which I think actually made it easier to reconnect and also enjoy spending time together-
