Host was responsive at first. Son was disappointed the PS4 didn't work, the last night we were there we ran out of toilet paper because they were only two rolls for the weekend and we had to use paper towels and threw them away in the garbage. The reason for the two-star is when we strip the bed to leave we found a period staying on the mattress cover. And after notifying The Host of what we found we never heard back.

Regarding the amenities, we provide a standard starter supply for short weekend stays, including two full rolls of toilet paper for a group of three. This has consistently been sufficient for past guests, but we understand usage can vary and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re also sorry to hear about the PS4 issue. We did speak about the issue before and you seem to understand that we were unable to come fix it. As for the mattress cover concern, cleanliness is extremely important to us. We addressed this immediately with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We apologize that you felt communication was lacking at the end of your stay—that is never our intention. We value all feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us improve. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
