The winter-ready Seeblick Swedish-style house offers 84 m² of comfortable living space with Wi-Fi for up to 8 people.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the large, lovingly furnished living room with access to the porch. For cooler days, the living room features a modern wood-burning stove that can quickly warm up the house. The corner bench in the dining area provides plenty of space for everyone to eat and play. The kitchen is connected to the living room and has everything you could want for cooking: an oven at eye level, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, a blender, dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots—all available in ample quantities.
The Seeblick Swedish-style house has two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink; one bathroom on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. A washing machine is located in the ground-floor bathroom.
Both bathrooms have a window.

Two bedrooms are furnished with single beds. There is one double bed on both the ground floor and the upper floor.

All bedrooms can be darkened, are quiet, and are fully equipped with fly screens. The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed. You can easily store all your belongings in the nightstands with drawers and the three-door closet.
The second bedroom on the ground floor features a solid, sturdy bunk bed with a nightstand and a closet. The third bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a sturdy cot.
The fourth bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed and a sturdy cot.
Both bedrooms on the upper floor have one nightstand per bed, as well as dressers. In the upstairs hallway, a spacious closet provides storage for your clothes. All beds are the standard length of 2 metres.

You’ll find a range of amenities, including coffee-table books, travel guides, hiking maps, as well as umbrellas, an ironing board, an iron, and more.


If the sun isn’t shining: browse through the books provided or play one of the many games available in the house together. Board games for all ages ensure there’s never a dull moment. All modern entertainment options are available, including cable TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with CDs and a radio.

From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished southwest-facing porch. Upholstered chairs, a table, a parasol, and a large charcoal grill are provided.

The house has electric central heating; utility costs are paid based on usage with a security deposit.

For our younger guests, a full set of children’s equipment is available, including 2 solid-wood high chairs, a toilet seat, a changing pad, and a baby bathtub. You’ll also find children’s tableware and toys in the house. This means that two babies or toddlers can holiday in the house at the same time.

The children can play right in front of the house, or in the spacious, green holiday park, including on the resort’s playground. There you’ll find a sandpit, playground equipment, a seesaw, a swing, and much more. At the modern sports facility on a fenced-in field, children and adults gather to play football, dodgeball, or basketball. Beach volleyball fans can look forward to a large volleyball court. You can borrow paddles and balls for the table tennis table at the front desk.
You can roast bread on a stick over a campfire at the large fire pit.
The house comes with 2 boats, a boat caravan, and accessories. The fine-sand beach on Lake Userin is just a few steps away.
Bicycles can be rented at the village store, which is within walking distance.

Access to the beach is wheelchair-accessible. You can go straight to the swimming pier!
