What a hidden gem! This property in Saint Martinville, LA, is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, spotless, and even better than the pictures. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and clearly take pride in maintaining every detail, from the paper towels in the kitchen to the fresh towels in each room.We especially appreciated how accommodating the hosts were to our autistic son’s needs. The quiet, semi-private location offered calm and comfort, yet it was still close to everything in town. It was the perfect balance.There were just two very minor issues — a small wasp nest outside and a fridge that beeped occasionally — but we’re confident the hosts will take care of them quickly.As two military veterans, we’ve seen our fair share of misleading listings, but this was the opposite experience. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already planning to return and will continue singing the hosts’ praises to anyone visiting the area.
