We offer unique features that will make your holiday perfect. Idea behind our apartment was to offer things that people would like to do every day but unfortunately do not have time, except on their holidays. Before building our apartment we asked dozens of our friends what they would like to do on their holiday. Their answers were our guidance. After all, we do not try to sell accommodation, we are trying to share our vision, passion and experience...
Modern 130m2 apartment in picturesque village nearby Adriatic sea. Equipped with awesome features that will make your stay perfect. Audiophile room, Skywatcher dobsonian telescope, movie theater/ps4 gaming room, spa zone with sauna and massage on your demand, 6 perosns HOT TUB, beautiful heated pool (pool is in function from 01.05. - 01. 11.) with bbq zone and 2 Haro MTB just for you to explore the area.
P.S. There is just one apartment in the house so all amenities are exclusively for YOU :-)
You will have access to:
- Audiophile (Dali, Kef, AKG components)/movie theater ( Denon 7.2 system with 300cm screen) for your favourite music and movie collection.
- Netflix service for all tv shows that you love.
- Gaming room (PS5 + PS4 PRO with open PSN account) to keep your kids busy all the time :-)
- Playseat racing simulator seat with Logitech G29 steering wheel to beat all that
records on the world famous race tracks.
- New additions for season 2019. - two electric MTBs
- Almost all actual PS4 games (Gran turismo Sport, PES 2018, Fortnite...)
- Notebook for any need you may have
- Two flat wireless internet connections (40 Mbps + 10 Mbps)

Small but beautiful city Omis, hometown of ancient and famous pirates is just few miles away, surrounded with beautiful sand beaches... And Split, just 14 miles away is real Adriatic gem in which you will be able to explore emperor Diocletian palace and many shooting location from famous Game of thrones serial.... But if you are more nature type of person beautiful mountains and wonderful river Cetina will bring smile on your face for sure...
Public transportation is available but it is better to have your vehicle.

- We accept pets in our apartment but they are not allowed to use pool.
- Clean after your pets.

- When leaving apartment for longer period main electric equipment should be turned off.

Hi everybody, my name is Mirko and i am representative of my family who owns our apartment/your holiday home. I speak english and basic french, but rest of my family speaks korean and bits of german and italian too. I am active type of person, love to run and ride my MTB on the beautiful trails around my home... Photography is my great passion, so i like to introduce myself as photographer. Why they chose this property
If your ideal vacation includes adrenaline, then with Omis you can definitely not go wrong. Nearly all activity on the sea, water, mountain or in the air located in the wider area are in offer.
Indeed, there are not many cities in the world where you can start your day with a rush on the river rapids, about noon to hang on a 100 meters high wire in the middle of the Cetina canyon, in the evening with the help of professional instructors climb the mountain peak . When you spend your vacation in Omiš, the question is how many different activities in a day your body can endure!
Most activities are adapted to all ages, and we continue to make only a fraction of the rich offerings of adrenaline experiences in the area of Omis.
One of the greatest advantages of choosing Omiš as a place to spend your vacation is that Dalmatia is at your fingertips. Numerous islands, cities such as Split, Dubrovnik, Sibenik, Trogir, Zadar, well-known tourist attractions such as the Krka National Park and Blue and Red Lake are just an hour or two drive from the city center!
In every direction from Omis, it takes only few minutes for you to arrive at some famous tourist destination. Less than 25 kilometers north of Omis is the second largest city in Croatia - Split, with its famous Diocletian's palace, next to Split lies Trogir, a city museum and one of the few in the world whose entire historical core is under the highest degree of UNESCO protection.
