Please contact me for stays less then a month ☀️ This quaint property features 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom, bicycle, full kitchen and essential amenities like WiFi and AC. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer washing machine during their stay. Enjoy beautiful days relaxing on the back porch equipped with an umbrella and several seats.
Enjoy the French Quarter or the picturesque City Park easily by walking 1/2 block to the famous streetcar on Canal St! We're happy to assist with any questions or suggestions while you stay at our duplex. This property has a monthly rental discount! Why just stay a week? Again, contact me direct for the minimum stay

We want you to enjoy it like we do by having access to most of New Orleans via Streetcar or other forms of transportation! It has ease of access, hospitals right across Canal, local food spots and quiet!
