Bedroom 1: queen bed and on-suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 : queen bed with a twin pull out trundle with an on-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bed 3: The living room couch is a full pull out couch.

Bed 4: Hidden queen murphy bed in dining room!

Half Bath off the kitchen and living room space.

Dining: The dining table is expandable and will hold up to 12.

Kitchen comes complete will all basic cooking utensils, servingware, and glassware.

Backyard is complete with pet-safe astroturf and a landscaped area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Decatur! The house is absolutely charming, with plenty of room for four adults, including lovely bathroom and kitchen renovations. Ashley was very easy to contact via the VRBO app and very quick to respond to our questions. The location was perfect for our needs (a little bit of Atlanta tourism and a lot of bit of family in the Emory University/Druid Hills area).

This beautiful townhome was the perfect place to explore Decatur and Atlanta. It was perfectly located near all shopping and dining experiences, while being in a peaceful and convenient location. The accommodations were spotlessly clean; props to the cleaning team/person. The house is tasteful, functional, and loaded with amenities for a medium to long stay. The kitchen is a dream, the washer/dryer amazing, and the two bedrooms BOTH have a private bath en-suite. The neighborhood is a wonderfully quiet, safe, and walker-friendly place, with a nice dog-friendly park nearby. This, in conjunction with two MARTA stations in walking distance makes getting around very convenient. Parking is a breeze, with the private driveway; which makes unloading/loading the car seamless. There is even an outdoor space, front porch rocker, and sunroom; although the weather was not that cooperative during my stay for much outdoor use. This place is a gem and a great choice for a stay in the Atlanta area.
