With amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Backyard pool area also features a large covered “Barefoot Bar” overlooking the pool area equipped with ceiling fans, outdoor sectional,BBQ grill, pizza oven and outdoor refrigerator Outdoor fire pit with seating for 6 in the front yard. Beautiful house and amazing pool. They provide everything that your family will need. The kids never wanted to leave. This is in a sweet little community with lots of wonderful hometown businesses that we visited and loved.

The pool house was the perfect location for our stay. The outdoor kitchen area, pool, and seating provided an ideal setting for enjoying family time. The children were endlessly entertained by the numerous pool toys kept in the pool boxes outside. We even went night swimming with the LED lights! The interior was meticulously cleaned, and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay!

Perfect family getaway

We enjoyed this home & pool so much! The beds were comfy, smart tv’s in all the rooms, pool towels & pool toys provided. The outdoor seating area is awesome, fans & shade are so helpful. We used the pizza oven, the grill, all was easy & ready for us. We will be back again.

Buffalo River Vacation

Our adult family of 5 stayed here 3 nights while we visited the Buffalo River and other area attractions. What a lovely place to call home for a few days! The home, yard and neighborhood are all very nice, very quiet, in the country but only a couple miles from town. The backyard with pool and "Barefoot Bar" is a wonderful place to relax after a day out hiking. Would stay here again!

This is a wonderful property. The owner went above and beyond with all of the small touches. She provided hand lotion beside each bed, makeup remover wipes in the bathroom, laundry pods, and a wide range of cleaning supplies. The outside area had an ice maker, refrigerator, pizza oven, and grill. Not to mention a great in ground pool and several places to sit and relax. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked another stay before we left.

Amazing Get-away!

We absolutely LOVED this place! The house was clean and well organized. The pool was clean and had a great shallow end for the younger kids. The older kids loved the deep end. They provide lots of pool toys and towels! The backyard is beautifully arranged. We spent a lot of time out there! The indoor space is equally as nice. They also provide all you need for cooking. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The location is wonderful for access to the Buffalo River. There are 3 access points within 20 minutes! We will definitely be coming back!

Girls Getaway

Severe weather prevented the waterfall hikes we planned. We went antiquing, ate good food, and hung out at house to catch up and cut up. This property was fresh and pristine. The host helped us locate the things we wanted to do in the area. We will stay here again.

Memorial weekend gettaway

We brought our teens for a weekend gettaway to float the buffalo. The hosts went out of their way to make the weekend as nice as possible, including making a little fire pit area so they could roast smores. The rain was relentless all weekend, so we couldnt float. The kids managed to enjoy the pool anyways and entertain themselves despite the freezing cold temps. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating and we would definitely go back.

Modern & Comfy

This house was perfect! The house was had a modern design it felt like it had recently been remodeled. The pool was nice and clean! The outside area was comfy. They had a small grill, ice machine, fridge, and pizza oven outside. The privacy fences made it comfortable to sit outside and relax. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. Some vrbos have tiny rooms but they didn’t and that was so nice! The appliances were new and worked great. The owner responded quickly and was so nice. We would stay here again!

Great stay in Marshall

We were very happy with our stay. The house was as described and pictured. We spent a little time out in the backyard, and really enjoyed it. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was still really nice. The whole house seems to have been refreshed with new paint, and new appliances. There was a Roku tv in basically all the rooms, which was nice. As far as the kitchen, it was fully equipped with multiple coffee maker options, fridge, oven, and microwave. Only thing I’d like to note is that there were some bugs that came in during our stay, but the owner was very quick to respond with a resolution. But overall it was a great stay!

Oh my gosh!! I can't say enough about this place!! We walked in to the house & was so stinking cute! It was modern, updated, clean, & homey. There is so much space & we loved the open floor plan, the beds & pillows were so comfy & I loved that the rooms had fans to combat the heat & humidity. ...Checking in was so easy, & there were even little welcoming treats along w/ a detailed booklet of things to do in the area, restaurant menus, check in-out instructions, & pool rules etc. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful, not to mention beautiful. My brother even opted to sleep outside under the stars every night on the outdoor couch. There was so much seating outside!! 2 outdoor couches, 2 patio chairs, 2 loungers, 2 patio tables, w/ 9 additional chairs, a patio 2 seater bench & a porch swing...in addition to 6 outdoor campfire chairs & fire pit. You get the picture. :) The swimming pool was amazing, clean & the LED lights were so cool! We came to visit family & had a mini-family reunion & there was space for everyone at the BBQ we hosted one of the days. There is even a cute little bar area under the pergola w/ seating, in addition to a grill & smoker. They thought of everything! Communication between the owner was excellent & she made us feel so welcome & went above & beyond to make sure things were perfect for our visit. Our family was so impressed as well & were in complete awe & commenting how they are definately going to recommend this place to others!

Why they chose this property

My first ever home purchase back in the 80’s I had dreams of doing a rehab and making it a great space for others to enjoy so I started a total renovation of the house in 2024. We think we have made it a nice, clean and private place with a fully fenced in backyard complete with in ground pool. You would never know you are in the city limits of Marshall!
