The three bedrooms are arranged as follows: a first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a third double bedroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is composed of 5 comfortable hobs, fridge, oven, microwave, American coffee machine and toaster.
There is a washing machine, iron, television and linen available.
Outside you will find a garden of about 600 square meters with a veranda including a table and chairs where you can eat, a comfortable barbecue, an outdoor shower and a wide parking area for cars.
Perdepera beach is just 2 minutes’ walk from the house and is composed, as you can see from the pics, from sand.
Behind the house there is a large hilly area that will allow you, if you feel like it, to take wonderful walks.
Within 20 km you can find many other beaches such as "Su Sirboni", "the spiaggetta", "coccorrocci beach" or the beautiful beach of "Cea".
The nearest village, where you can find several supermarkets, is Cardedu which is about 5 km away, on the road to Cardedu you will find some kiosks selling fruit and vegetables produced by local farmers
At 10 km from the house you find the village of Barisardo, Tortoli at 15 km and Arbatax at 18 km.
From the Arbatax port different boats and ferries are headed to visit the protected marine area with the beaches of "Cala Goloritze", "Cala Luna", "Cala Mariolu", "Cala Sisine" and visit the "cave of the Bue Marino".
