We're just south of Raleigh, close to Holly Springs, Cary, and Campbell University. It features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers & a tub, and a cozy living room with a sofa that sleeps like a dream. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

To protect HVAC system, thermostat has set parameters. During summer time set temp can not go below 72F. During winter time it can not go above 70F.
Only park in the designated parking area, never on the grass nor in the street.
