Mit dem Verwalter sehr gut überein gekommen, Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt, war sehr freundlich, Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, Standort sehr zentral, Ort ist klein aber sehr schön und hat gute Lokalitäten. Was besonders positiv war: Das Hauswartspaar war sofort zur Stelle, als wir ein technisches Problem in der FeWo hatten, und haben es sehr zeitnah behoben. Und was uns den Aufenthalt insbesondere abens sehr angenehm gestaltet hat: Alle Fenster haben ein Fliegengitter, sodass die Mückenschwärme draußen gehalten wurden!

Nette kleine Wohnung

Sehr angenehm. Was fehlte ist ein Sonnenschirm auf dem kleinen Balkon da dieser ab 11Uhr in der prallen Sonne liegt und dadurch für uns wegen der Sonnenbrandgefahr nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte. Den Kriechboden mit den Kinderbetten mußten wir zum Glück nicht nutzen, denn dieser heizt sich im Sommer sehr auf, auch wenn ein großer Ventilator dort installiert ist.

Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Tolles Quartier. Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Ausganspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad. Selbst der kleine Ort hat viele gastronomische Einrichtungen.

Für 11 Nächte im Juni hatte ich die FeWo gebucht! Ich habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt und komme gerne mal wieder! Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern und den Verwaltern vor Ort war prima! Dafür nochmal meinen Dank!

Unser Kurzurlaub in Ditzum war wieder mal sehr erholsam und entspannt. Sehr entgegenkommend waren die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten! Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Leute vollkommen ausreichend von Größe und Ausstattung. WLAN hat sogar besser funktioniert, als zu Hause. Die Leute und die Umgebung sind immer wieder toll. Die Lage ist Top, Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familien mit einem bzw. Zwei Kindern finden hier eine gute Unterkunft für viele Unternehmungen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich Begrüßt und haben viele informative Info´s und Hilfe von der Hausverwaltung erhalten. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet - alles war wie in der Anzeige und auf den Bildern beschreiben. Ditzum selber ist ein schönes, kleines Fischerdorf wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienwohnung Ditzum

Die Wohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen. Wir konnten unseren beiden Kindern je ein eigenes Zimmer zuteilen. Auch wenn diese klein waren, war alles ok wie wir es vorgefunden haben. Es war sehr schön dort und wir würden es wieder tun. Alles war unkompliziert und alle Abstimmungen, auch mit dem Verwalter vor Ort haben problemlos funktioniert.

Pluspunkte: zentrale, aber ruhige Lage Stellplatz am Haus zweckmäßige Ausstattung der Wohnung Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster kl. Zimmer mit Kinderbettchen gegenüber vom Elternschlafzimmer Ventilator im Kinderzimmer auf dem Dachboden Bücher und Spielesammlung Negativpunkte: fehlendes WLAN und kein guter Empfang Betten/Matratzen fehlender Aschenbecher für auf dem Balkon

Schnuckelige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist kaum zu übertreffen. Direkt hinterm Deich, 150m zum Hafen und Einkaufsmarkt. Die Landschaft hat uns umgehauen! Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir sind rundum begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!!! Voll zu empfehlen!

Zweckmäßig, schönes Ditzum

Ausreichend für 2-3 Personen, Ortskern und Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, Ditzum ist ein schöner Ort für 2-3 Tage, Sofa könnte bequemer sein

Kein WLAN, schwaches LTE

Positiv ist, dass dieses Objekt zentral gelegen ist, in einem wenig touristischen Städtchen in schöner Umgebung. Das Objekt selbst ist angemessen angerichtet. Negativ ist das erwähnte WLAN, bzw. LTE. Daran sollte ein Vermieter in 2022 nicht sparen. Von den fünf Betten ist nur das Doppelbett zu gebrauchen. Die beiden Betten unter dem Dachgiebel sind bei 1,40 m Raumhöhe kaum ernsthaft als Schlafgelegenheit zu bezeichnen. Das fünfte Bett steht in einer Abstellkammer und ist geschätzt 1,60 m lang.

Wochenendausflug

Lage absolut top, Wohnung war ganz okay. Sehr gut hat uns die Küchenaustattung gefallen. Leider wurden wir ein wenig zum zügigen verlassen der Wohnung gedrängt da das Putzteam schon 10 Min vor 10 Uhr mit vollem Arbeitsgerät vor der Tür stand.... Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt perfekt.

Gemütliche FeWo in zentraler Lage

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter positiv. Freundlicher Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe durch den Hausmeister. Wohnung liegt in der 1.Etage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Nur 5min Fußweg in die Stadtmitte. Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet. Betten recht niedrig. Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert und wir werden gerne nochmal buchen.
