Could truly be a gem!
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for four people. The highlight was definitely the stunning view; it truly felt like a million dollar panorama. The host was friendly and responded promptly to our requestsThat said, when I first saw the building, I said to myself, “What have I done?”. The condition of the building and common areas was disappointing. Just outside the apartment, a metal panel was hanging loosely overhead near the patio entrance, swaying dangerously in the wind. The exterior gave off a neglected, rundown vibe, with peeling paint and an overall impression of poor maintenance.Shared amenities were also not as expected. Some of the outdoor lounge chairs were broken, the jacuzzi was out of service and appeared abandoned, and some common spaces had broken glass, piled up furniture, and even visible trash from the terrace balcony. It was not the environment I anticipated, and had I known the full condition of the surroundings, I wouldn’t have booked here.
