The comfortable and quiet 7th floor condo is located on the south side of the prominent Gulfview Tower in Marco Island with a Million-Dollar-View over the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach starts right at the buildings gate. Beside 2 double-bedrooms and 2 bath the condo features a comfortable living room with an extendable dining table suitable for up to 6 persons plus a functional and fully equipped kitchen. The south side location of the condo provides for sunshine from early in the morning to late afternoon onto the balcony. The east-, south- and west- ward view from every room over the near beach and gulf is spectacular. The condo has all new and easily operational windows and a large two-way sliding balcony door. All rooms have modern TV sets with the largest-one of 60" in the living room. A large 5-floor garage is conveniently and directly accessable from the main building. The Gulfview Tower features a large outside pool with plenty of space all around for sun bathing, a gym room and 3 elevators in the main building to all floors. Each floor has a laundry room with washers and dryers.

Amazing location

The best January ever. There is more winter sunshine available at this location than you could ever imagine, absolutely incredible. With a bicycle you can easily get to any place on the island. Hans was very available and friendly. A must return property.

Absolutely a beautiful place to stay!

My husband and I decided to come to Marco Island for our honeymoon. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Right on the beach, also with a pool. Walking distance from restaurants which is nice as my husband loves to eat at different places on vacation. The condo is very comfortable and spacious. The balcony was our favorite spot! We will definitely be back! The owner is also very easy to talk to and is fast at replying with any questions. Condo was also very clean!

This condo is simply wonderful, and Hans is a delight to work with. He was helpful and responsive and did everything he could to help with some minor problems (which were all my fault). The building is beautiful, people are very friendly, and we just can’t express how wonderful our month was!!

We loved our month at Gulfview. The condo was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the pool and gulf. Upon arrival, the condo was fully equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We met Hans and enjoyed our visit.

Ideal Location

Pool or the beach today? That is the big decision in the morning. Great view of the beach and pool from the balcony and the apartment is very comfortable. Convenient to shopping and dining. Residents were very friendly and welcoming. Hans even let me use his golf clubs. Looking to return next year.

Easy going and pleasant renters which one always likes to have. I am happy to note that they enjoyed the comfort of the condo, the sight over the beach, southern Floridas climate in the winter and the atmosphere at the Gulfview. In regards to using my golf club set I hope Alan hit them long and straight but hasn't bent the shaft of the driver by trying too hard. Look forward very much of having them back.

I had a wonderful stay. Condo was clean. Only thing I was missing was nice beach chairs, umbrella and nice beach towels.

Thanks for the kind comment. I am surprised to learn, however, that you could'n find the beach towels, chairs and umbrella all of which are in the entrance cupboard (towels) and the guest room closet (chairs & umbrella).

Really pleasant stay

We stayed in the condo for 7 days, and had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four, has everything that one may need in the kitchen and was extremely clean. We enjoyed the view from the balcony a lot. Pool is great also. It was really really quiet in September. The beach is wide (maybe too wide, it`s quite a walk to the sea) but very nice. The owner was very kind also. Overall would recomend to anyone to rent this condo.

Steps from the beach and pool!

Great stay. Spacious condo. A little older but very clean and well-maintained unit and building. Very comfortable for two couples. Close to plenty of restaurants, golf, boating, and shopping. Shelling, dolphins, and sea bird watching on the wide beach. Owner is very gracious and terrific with communication. So glad we stayed at your place Hans. Thanks for everything.
