Our condo is a beautiful vacation spot. From our front door, you can walk to River Run Mountain for skiing,snowboarding or hiking. You can go to lectures and music concerts there as well, all on foot!! From our front door you can catch the bus to Sun Valley for Dollar Mountain, for the Classical Music Festival, for the Writer's Conference as well as everything else Sun Valley has, including wonderful Ice Skating. The bus, your legs or your car which can be conveniently parked just outside the condo can take you to overly fabulous restaurants, a gorgeous library, a fantastic market and bars, if you choose. Inside our gourmet kitchen is absolutely wonderful to use to make simple or elaborate meals. It is fully loaded and then some. Our washer and dryer are exceptionally easy and convenient. Outside we have a BBQ, a table for the wonderful patio and plenty of chairs. The theatres are all in walking distance and are a beautiful way to spend time seeing first rate movies. Frankly, there is too much to do! Everything, including staying home in our beautiful condo, is a great experience. Downstairs bedroom has Queen bed and its own bathroom/laundry room. Upstairs are twin beds, also with its own bathroom and the Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Wi-fi and Cell phone service is great. My cell phone is always on and ready to hear from you. We vacation there and love it!! We hope you will love it as well. We're quite proud of what we have created.

We are open to receive long term reservations as well to short term, as long it is longer than 7 nights.

Wonderful condo!

We recently stayed at Linda's condo and enjoyed it very much. It was beautifully furnished and quite roomy. Wish there had been a larger coffee pot and that Wi-Fi had been readily available. All in all it was a good stay.... would recommend !!

Perfect location to enjoy Ketchum and Sun Valley!

We've stayed at Linda's condo for several summers now and it is great. We love being in West Ketchum - super easy to head down to River Run for a hike or bike and really convenient to walk into town or ride bikes to Sun Valley. Would highly recommend it!

relaxing weekend

Stunning Interior and Proximity

Love Love Love this place! Such a comfortable and beautiful condo that is instantly welcoming. Lots of natural light, accentuated by the high ceilings and clear view. Close enough to town to walk, and situated at the base of River Run for easy ski access. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for making us feel at home.

Family fun in the valley

This property is by far the best we’ve stayed at in Ketchum. Lots of space for everyone to relax. Great kitchen for cooking family meals, lovely deck space for enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! Easy walking distance to everything Ketchum has to offer. Linda was a lovely hostess and great communicator answering questions and checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed! Can’t wait to return again soon!

A splendiferous vacation in a very perfect and special house/condo

The house is the most beautifully laid out and cared for place we have ever used. The hosts took wonderful care of us before,during and after our stay. They thought if everything. Although we had many restaurants to choose from we chose to cook in the wonderful kitchen and to eat in the wonderful home. We’ll be back in a heartbeat. The skiing was fantastic

Incredible stay!

What a great place to spend a ski week! Walk able route to Baldy, or on the bus route for a quick shuttle ride to either mountain or the village. All the amenities of town are in reach as well. Very quiet location with the stream behind the unit. The unit itself is beautifully fashioned and fully stocked. The fireplace and living room were wonderful to wind down after a hard day on the slopes. Linda truly is sharing a home that all can enjoy. Speaking of Linda, she made our stay easy, gave us excellent recommendations, and was quick to respond to any questions. The scenery was breath taking and and we hope to return next year!

Great property & great host!

This was a very convenient and great place to stay while visiting Sun Valley! It's about a 15 minute walk to the slopes (in ski boots) or a quick 2 minute drive to the free River Run parking lots. The condo is a great spot for a ski trip while also being close to main street. Linda is a great host, with excellent communication and a clear desire to make the trip great for guests.

Fabulous place, wonderful host

We stayed with our twin toddlers here. Beautiful space (but also perfectly “lived in, not too precious at all). Well-stocked, great layout. PERFECT location. Easy parking! (Key for us) … 10 min walk to gondola, 10 min walk to downtown. We stayed here late July - early Aug and I was a little concerned about no A/C. I run very warm, and can’t sleep in heat. We were perfectly comfortable with a fan on low in each bedroom even after 85 degree days. The condo never ever felt hot. Kept windows open and it was even chilly in the AM/late evening (so lovely!) Linda was incredibly responsive at every turn. We had a hiccup in reservations online (not her fault, it was a VRBO glitch that cancelled one of our nights, mid-trip). Linda stayed up well past midnight to figure it, update us, and eased our minds. We will be back. Thank you so much, Linda!

Family time at Sun Valley

The property was in an excellent location for walking to town and to River Run. Short 7 minute walk to either. Great Condo with lots of room and well stocked kitchen. The owners made every effort to make a great trip for us. Thanks goes out to them.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a group of skiiers from areas around the US - we're annually meeting somewhere new to ski. Although the ski conditions in terms of the snow were not ideal, we had a really great time. In no small part was this due to having a great place to stay. This property is ideally located minutes from lift, large enough to be wonderfully comfortable and was clean and well stocked upon arrival. Had a small issue while there as we couldn't locate the main electrical box to flip the breaker, response on request for help was near immediate and solved the problem. A huge thank you to the owners for their super pleasant interaction. Would recommend this for groups 4 to probably 6 or 7 - also enjoyed the communal hot tub, located literally just outside the door of the property, a few times. Thank you for helping make our stay memorable!

Great place to stay visiting Sun Valley

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our 4 guys on a ski trip. Kitchen is really well stocked. Easy 2 min walk to bus stop and at resort in another minute or so (if you ask nicely they stop at our parking lot on way home!). We just walked the ~5 blocks to the market in 10 minutes. Easy to get by without a car (shuttled from airport). Unit just across small ( heated!) parking lot from jacuzzi. Very quiet area overall. Nice to have a BBQ at the unit (though I had to dig out a path to it thru 4’ of snow from recent huge storms!). Has a convenient ski or bike storage room on 1st floor. Overall a great place and would certainly stay there again our next trip to Sun Valley.

A wonderful place for family and friends!

This is a beautiful, spacious, three-bedroom, three-full bath condo, that is perfect for family and friends to enjoy the beauty of Ketchum and Sun Valley! A short walk from both Main Street Ketchum and the River Run ski runs, gives this condo a great location. Between the large wood-burning fireplace and the small river running directly behind the outdoor deck, this well furnished, fully equipped condo has it all!

The location can not be beat, a 9 minute walk to the River Run Lodge at Sun Valley and 12 minutes to the grocery store. It's very comfortable for six people with a great atmosphere. Plan to stay there again and ski my favorite mountain.

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Hosts: We'll be

We love staying at Linda's condo in Sun Valley! With 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and spacious shared space, its the perfect place for families and friends to stay. From the fireplace in the living to the large dining room table for family meals to a kitchen big enough for multiple cooks, it's a great place to gather apres ski. The condo is in walking distance of River Run and the gondola at Bald Mountain ... an awesome convenience for those visiting without a car or with skiers who have different starting ... and finishing ... times to ski. And, for hose who don't enjoy walking, there's a bus that stops right out front. After skiing, there's an outdoor hot tub on premises to soak the aching muscles. And its just a short walk into Ketchum, with its many and varied shops and eateries. We WILL be back!!

Best hideaway in Ketchum!

We have used Linda's condo as our summer getaway over the years because it is so comfortable and accessible to all activities and within walking distance to town. One of the highlights is her deck! Sitting out there having dinner or reading while listening to the river rushing by is like an oasis in the city. You would never know that you were a few blocks away from downtown Ketchum. This 2 story condo is well appointed. Plenty of kitchen equipment, pots and pans and a few basic essentials are there to whip up a meal. Beds are extremely comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep. Neighborhood is quiet, during the summer months you are able to keep the window's open at night to keep it cool. No need for air conditioning if you shut all the windows and close the blinds during the day to keep the coolness in. There are fans if needed, too. The TV is hooked up with surround sound. I recommend that you tilt the speakers down to receive the full effect. Linda is very responsive and easy to work with. Best part is that she communicates quickly. This is our "home away from home" and look forward to our stay next summer. BTW, go try the walnut pesto to Rico's on Main. It was delightful!

Lovely winter in Ketchum

Once again, we enjoyed a wonderful month in Ketchum. The access to River Run is excellent, the early winter snow led to some great early spring skiing, and for those who love x-c and snowshoeing, Galena was loaded with snow. The condo was cozy and spacious, and I have to say the YMCA in Ketchum is first class for yoga, swimming and overall fitness. The Friday night gallery walk is incredible and there is always a cultural event to attend. Two back to back film festivals capped off a great month there.

A great condo for a wonderful stay in Ketchum

My family and I spent some wonderful time in Ketchum this fall. We enjoyed this spacious, well located condo, which is convenient to all that Ketchum offers-hiking, the bike trail, great restaurants and galleries. You can walk to most activities, including River Run, for all winter activities. I look forward to my next visit to Ketchum.

We are a couple in our 70s who have enjoyed and skiied for about 40 years. We are Cross Country skiers and while we have tried other resorts, there is no other place like Ketchum/Sun Valley for Cross Country. Our kids, 6 of them and 10 grandchildren are expert skiers and love to come to Sun Valley for downhill skiing and snowboarding. In the summers we love the hiking and the music. We have nice picnic chairs, bicycles, a gorgeous way to eat outdoors and, in a nutshell, we say we have everything!

Why they chose this property

This property is uniquely located in that it is in walking distance to everything. We love that. You will too. But, about 50 steps from the front door, you can catch the free Sun Valley bus and go everywhere in the entire town!
And, by the way, the ER is only about 1 mile away!! When we leave, I actually stand at the door, weeping and saying good bye. Silly? Yes

What makes this property unique

Since we are such a large family, our condo is equipped in the kitchen with everything for a large crowd. We greatly appreciate that. Our windows make our condo so bright, so sunny, just so well-lit all day long. That is a cheerful way to spend time indoors.
