Great location and a clean unit. There's no need to deal with congested downtown parking when this unit is only a block away! The unti had everything we needed for our family of 4 to enjoy an extended weekend at the beach.

We had a great time at this location. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and an easy walking distance to many places. The Grand Haven Musical Fountain was less than a mile away as well as many places to eat out or get a coffee. There is much more at the apartment than is listed, such as a coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. We wanted to make some of our own meals, but didn't hear back form the host regarding how the kitchen was equipped (except for the coffee maker) so we weren't able to plan on that. Overall though, it was a great place to stay for a long weekend!

The apartment is in a perfect location. The cleanliness could use some work. The floors were dirty, the coffee pot had old used coffee grounds in it and I had to rewash the utensils prior to use. They were visibly soiled. I feel for the price these are issues that I shouldn't have to report. They provide towels and washcloths but there wasn't anything for the kitchen. Just a dirty sponge. Thankfully we only stayed three nights, we ran out of TP (partial roll we started with) and there was no extra. Would we stay again, probably not. For the price there are better accommodations available. If the upstairs has children in can be quite loud at times.

Stay away from this place at all cost. We didn’t arrive to property until 7 pm and it was absolutely disgusting. There were dirty sheets laying on the couch and a trolly of crap in the middle of the living room. One of the 3 beds had no sheets or blankets on them. It was about 85 degrees in the house and trash all over the ground outside. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up I informed them we were going somewhere else and then told I was only getting the cleaning fee reimbursed. This dumpster fire should never be allowed to be advertised on any rental website.

I had a challenging experience with this guest. Upon their arrival, they informed me that the unit had not been cleaned. While I take full responsibility for the initial oversight, I immediately addressed the situation by sending cleaning staff to rectify the issue within 30 minutes. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter promptly, the guest claimed the unit was still unsatisfactory. However, audit records showed that the unit was not re-entered after it was cleaned, and I have photographic evidence that the unit was spotless. Unfortunately, the guest's complaints appeared to persist without basis, which made the resolution process more difficult. While I strive to provide an exceptional experience for all guests and am open to addressing concerns, I found this guest to be unreasonable and unwilling to work collaboratively to resolve the issue. Future hosts may wish to consider this review when accepting bookings.
