Great boutique hotel, 1/2 block from the International Market Place. Very close to Waikiki beach. The hotel staff was so nice.

The hotel and location was perfect ! My family and I really enjoyed staying at Rome’s house! The receptionist Arielle was very nice and professional. She check us in and set the time cut out stay with her professionalism and kindness . Definitely 10/10 would stay again .

Dirty smelly room. Had to attempt to change rooms which was very inconvenient on vacation. We viewed 6 rooms finally seething on a smaller room. My wife is allergic to dogs and the room was not properly cleaned. However, the location is convenient to stores and beach access.

I loved the room, the staff was great, but the accounting was lacking. I was unable to contact anyone on the phone post-stay to expain 3 charges on my credit card, so I had no other option than to dispute the charges which meant cancelling that credit card.

We’re basically on the street with all the shops and restaurants. About 2 blocks from the ocean. Be careful not to smoke anywhere on the property - 500 charge per alert and they’re not receptive to any reversals. They were also a bit wishi washi when I tried to ask them about it.
