The guest room has a full-size bed and a double twin bunk bed with attached full bathroom. The quiet gated community of Pinnacle Port has 24-hour roving and gated security, two pools, two saunas, small workout facility, playground, grills, shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball courts, half basketball court, boat dock, approximately 26-acres of land, the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other side. Located right next to Camp Helen State Park.

Great place on the beach

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. Every detail was thought through to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The only thing to note is that parking is 30 per car, which I didn’t see mentioned when I originally booked—so just be aware of that added cost. Other than that, this place exceeded our expectations and we’d definitely come back!
