Great 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom apartment with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony apartment. There is a lift in the building and a garage.

The flat has five bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen. It consists of 2 flats located on the same floor next to each other. One of the living rooms is used as a bedroom. The bedrooms are large with full of light and almost all are ensuite. There are two double sofa beds in the living room and they are spaced so everyone can be comfortable. There is also a very large kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances.

The house is located right in the centre of Prague only 10 minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge and 5 minutes walk from the National Theatre. The Wenceslals Square and the Old Town Square are also walking distance.

There is a guarded garage located in the building which is available only for the building guests. If you are interested to park your car please let me know in advance. There are only 4 parking lots and if occupied I can't confirm the place for you but you can park your car in a close garage. Thanks for understanding.

Beautiful, modern, double apartment

The apartment is very comfortable and in a very convenient location! We enjoyed our stay very much! Our only problem was slippery showers!Every thing is walkable, but cabs are easy. There was plenty of room for the whole family.

Very nice property that suited our needs well (2 couples, 2 singles and a toddler), everyone had enough space and bathrooms were large and plenty. We really appreciated the two kitchens, laundry and the wonderful location, walking distance to so many great parts of the city. The cleaning crew stayed past 245pm (check in at 2pm) and left behind some personal items from the previous guests we would have rather our toddler not seen, but aside from that, zero issues. The owners were communicative and helpful throughout the process especially leading up to check-in.

Great Location and Great Stay

Apartments were great for our group of 10. The location was excellent allowing us to walk easily around the town or reach a tram. They were clean and quiet. I hope to return to Prague again and will definitely book here!

Wonderful home in Prague

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Prague and much of our positive time came from the location and clean apartment. We have nothing but good things to share about this place and cannot wait for our next visit. Accessing the apartment was simple and our hosts graciously cleaned the apartment mid way through our stay.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Prague with a group. The space is large and welcoming. The apartment itself is well appointed with modern appliances. The location is terrific and tram and other public transportation is easily accessed. Other reviews commented on noise in common spaces, but seemed to me to be normal for apartment living. Check in and out was easy and host was very communicative. Thank you for helping make our holiday in Prague seamless.

Roomy and clean

Nicely updated, modern apartments. There are two full apartments next to each other with plenty of room and lots of extra bathrooms. Location is really good and parking in a garage is available at an extra charge if requested in advance. Beds are not the most comfortable, but they were adequate. within short walking distance to Charles Bridge, other old town attractions and many restaurants and convenience stores. Definitely watch the video they provide for getting access to keys, it's very helpful.

Prague vacation

At first we were disappointed that we weren’t in Old Town. After seeing the mobs of people down there, it was a breath of fresh air! Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to numerous restaurants and shops. The one negative is the showers are slippery, but we remedied the situation with towels on the shower floor. The owner is extremely timely with questions and concerns. Had a great stay and enjoyed every day in Prague 1. Would recommend staying here.

The property was very large and spacious and in a good location.Unfortunately although advertised as having 4 showers, one of the showers was capped off, and my understanding is for sometime.This was inconvenient for our group of 7.Also, there was literally nothing except salt on the kitchen in terms of condiments. No tea bags , no sugar, literally nothing. The property manager did not respond on the Vrbo platform when I messaged. I was then told that she didn’t get the messages and to email her. Except she had sent messages to me on the Vrbo platform. The reasons for this were unclear.Also, IMO, check out should be at 11 am, not 10 am which is earlier than the vast majority of hotels. The shower only had 3 in 1 soap, no conditioner.For this amount of money, I could not give this property top rating given the above.

Nur zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Garage im Haus in fast zentraler Lage. Gute Betreuung durch die Vermieter, kann ich nur empfehlen. Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar, Frühstückbar und kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke. Prag ist einfach eine Reise wert, wir kommen wieder.
