If you’re looking to vacation in luxury, Sunridge is for you! Just recently fully remodeled, this ski in/ski out townhouse is clean and tastefully decorated with stone and wood to blend with the natural surroundings.

Convenient to both summer and winter activities, Sunridge has its own private entry and it is and ski in/ski out. Located slope side and close to the pool (summer) as well! The large pation features a private hot tub sap which is perfect after a day of skiing.

The furnishings are luxurious yet comfortable. There is a large flat screen tv and a fireplace in the living room for your pleasure. Another large flat screen tv in the comfortable loft. An updated kitchen has granite counter tops and cherry cabinets and all of the conveniences of home. All new stainless steel appliances make the kitchen complete. Gather the family around the large dining room table and serve a tasty, hot meal that was prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.

3 bedrooms + loft, 3.5 bathrooms, Sleeps 12 people with 2 pull-out couches and bunk room but don't recommend more than 10 guests for overall comfort.

Comfortably, ski-in/ski-out, 3-1/2 bath, two-story, end unit townhouse at seven springs mountain resort's sun ridge development.

First level includes: spacious bedroom with king bed, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating & adjacent dining area with rustic wood plank table and leather chairs, open ceiling family/living room with fireplace and adjacent sitting area. Sliding glass door opens onto a beautiful patio with a large outdoor hot tub spa. 60 inch LED Flat screen HD-TV in family room, and 3 other flat screen HDTVs in loft 2nd bedroom and master bedroom. Dvd player, stereo, and free wireless internet access throughout.

Second level includes: a master bedroom with king bed, Large Flat Screen HD-TV, full master bath & dressing area and flat screen tv. Second bedroom with two twin bunk beds, single bed and pull out trundle bed (6 single beds). Jack and Jill full bath opening into loft area which contains queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy gearing up for the slopes in our finished, heated, attached garage steps away from going down the slope.

Ski and coat racks are provided for your convenience.

Free 24/7 shuttle service to/from seven springs mountain resorts numerous activities and eateries. Come and enjoy seven springs year round fun including skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, zip lining, golf, tennis, horseback riding, concerts and so much more.

We are a very short walk to the Sunridge outdoor pool and tennis courts.

Other activities: shopping, snowboarding, snowmobiling,horseback riding, zip-lining, swimming, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, health/beauty spa, miniature golf, shooting clays.

Any undisclosed pet in the home will incur a $300 fee. If pet was in the hot tub, it will result in an additional dump and fill fee of $500.
No smoking or candle burning in the home. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit and possibly immediate eviction.

Great Family Oriented Ski In/ Ski Out Townhouse

Perfect for beginners located on Village Trail just down the way from the top of Boomerang Trail. The house had plenty of room for all 13 of us (8 Adults and 5 Kids) and the jacuzzi was perfect for after a long day of skiing with the family! I highly recommend this place!

Quality stay

House was in excellent shape and condition. Ample towels, linens and kitchenware to allow for a very enjoyable stay. Location is a 2-3 min walk away from the closest slope which was great. Did take about a 10 minute drive to get to the main ski lodge which was a bit unexpected. There were extensive instructions from the host which could have been more concise but beyond that an overall excellent stay.

Wonderful Ski Weekend with Friends!

The owner truly went out of his way to make our stay a wonderful ski weekend. He was extremely attentive, accommodating, & friendly. We were touched to be welcomed with a hand written note & yummy chocolate covered pretzels. The home was clean & cozy. The bunk room & loft were perfect for 6 kids. The house was steps away from the slope. It was perfect for us because we had people who did & did not ski, so people could come & go as they please. We would definitely stay here again!

Larry was extremely helpful. He gave thorough instructions for the property. The home was perfect for our ski trip. The kitchen had all the kitchen equipment we needed, probably the best of any Vrbo properties we have been to! We loved the mountain vibe, the home decorations are beautiful. We were so close to the slopes. We actually skied back to the garage entrance. The garage was equipped with ski racks to make storing our skis easy and convenient. The coat rack and bench right inside the door made organizing our ski things easy. Beds were super comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water. The box of chocolates was so very nice, totally won over the kids! There was plenty of wood to have a fire in the fireplace in the evenings. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great townhouse; spacious and welcoming.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time. The owner, Larry was extremely helpful and responded immediately when we had a question. A great location; an easy drive to the main entrance- (experienced snowboarders and skiers in our family were able to ski to the lift from the townhouse). We couldn’t have asked for more!

Great ski weekend getaway with family & friends

Our family of 4 along with our friends and their two children enjoyed our weekend at Seven Springs. The Honigs made sure our stay at their Sunridge condo went without a hitch. Only negative we can think of is that the Patriots won the Super Bowl!! :-)

Fantastic hosts and beautiful home

We rented this Ski In/Out Townhouse for a large family Christmas Ski Trip. The host was incredibly responsive, detailed, and accommodating to us, providing us with all the information we would need to get to the home and get comfortable while there. The house itself is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and the space we needed to get in and out of our ski gear. We loved being just a short walk (less than 50 yards) from the ski trail (a Green) that connected to a small lift that is tucked away from the main lodge but that had a ticket office so we could grab our lift tickets each day. It was easy to get to the main lodge either skiing or driving. Being right on the ski trail made it incredibly easy to pop in and out for lunch and snacks, thus saving us a trip to the resort restaurants, which tended to be packed during our visit. The homeowners provided pretty much everything we needed to cook for the week except the food, and we had several large family meals. The dining room seats eight and the kitchen island seats five so there was more than enough seating for our group. The two master bedrooms are well appointed, with comfortable King beds, lots of storage, and private bathrooms. The bunk room was great for the kids and has its own bathroom as well, which it shares with a large sleeping loft with a pull out sofa. The kids loved being able to spread out between the loft and the bunk room. There is also a 1/2 bath off the open living/kitchen area that our large group appreciated as we had multiple people showering or using the bathrooms at the same time when we would come in off the slopes or from the hot tub. This is one of the few rentals we found that had a private hot tub, which was great after a long day on the mountain. Overall this is a fantastic property with wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Seven Springs.

We enjoy being outdoors skiing, hiking, biking, golfing and the many activities that are available in the western Pennsylvania area. We are a 4 season family. We love to spend time exploring the many special places in the surrounding area. We especially enjoy the many nearby restaurants and festivals that take place throughout the year.

Why they chose this property

We love the ski amenities of this all season resort. We are walking distance to the private Sunridge development pool, tennis courts, and hot tubs.

The open and bright floor plan of our townhouse is ideal for adults and children alike. We like the privacy that our end unit townhouse provides.

During the summer months, the home is located within walking distance to the community pools, tennis courts, and hot tubs.
