Unit was well kept in very clean and they’re very comfortable back patio. Good walks to the beach and into Armand circle very easily quiet area on the island would go back again and recommend that anyone looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay this is it?

Fantastic stay! Condo was incredibly clean, with a well stocked kitchen. You can literally cook anything you’d like with all of their cookware! Two blocks from the beach & 7 blocks to St Armand’s Square, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for two weeks. We hope to be back!

Perfect Location and Wonderful Stay!

We had such a fantastic time at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The best part was the location—so close to all our favorite places. We especially loved that it was walking distance to the beach and St. Armands Circle. Being able to stroll to shops, restaurants, and the ocean made our trip extra special. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great Mother’s Day Weekend

My Mom and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. It is a quick walk to the beach and St Armand’s circle so you can park your car and walk everywhere. The owners do a great job keeping the locations clean and adding small amenities to make your trip nicer. It’s a great location for 2 people to enjoy the beach, but would be cramped if you had anymore.

Very cute and clean property close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. We parked when we arrived and didn’t use our car until we left. The unit was about a block and a half to the beach and less than a 15 minute walk to St. Armand’s. The unit was clean and the hosts were very thoughtful with everything we needed for our stay!

While the unit was very clean, we did struggle with the living room furniture not being very comfortable which was o.k. as we were not in the unit a lot. The bed was way to high, my husband is 6'4" and I am 5'5" and it was a struggle, I'm not sure how shorter people would have done. We did appreciate the beach chairs as we went to the beach each day we were there!

The unit was clean and well stocked. The location was decent. The bathroom definitely needs updating. The shower/tub combo was very dated. The shower head was not good which took longer to rinse off soap, shampoo etc. The tub drained slow as well. The bed was up on risers that made it way too high which IMO posed a fall safety issue. If we were not tall people not sure how you would get up in it. There were several pieces of furniture in places that blocked full entry to door ways including off the kitchen to the bedroom and to the bathroom from the bedroom. A lot of rules for this unit that is far from luxury. No shoes allowed in unit, no seafood in unit. I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay at this Condo - it is wonderfully located a short walk from Lido Beach and St. Armand Circle, and on the second floor of a small, quiet apartment building on Boulevard of the Presidents. The living room, kitchen and bedroom are just the right size for a couple staying a few days. Luda has beautifully equipped this apartment for your stay! Plenty of cookware, linens, beach towels etc. We hope to return soon.
