We love Pinnacle Port! The private beach access is amazing and the beach is beautiful and clean. Mike and Lisa are great and made everything easy. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

Great condo

Condo fit all our needs! We love staying in Pinnacle Port. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels, newly renovated, and the owner was easy to contact. We had no issues while staying and would stay again.

Peaceful Point

Condo is just off the main drag of PCB. Close to anything you need but efficient enough that you really don’t have to. Walking distance to dining, ice cream, pizza and more. Great place for a getaway

A great 4th of July stay!

We loved our stay in this unit! Was perfect for our family of five. The unit is updated and modern! The three bathrooms to go with the three bedrooms were a big plus! Pinnacle Port is on the quieter end of PCB. Very family friendly! Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Had a pleasurable experience with my spouse and family. Property was clean and the view was great, especially from the bedroom upstairs. Property owner was quick to respond and very friendly. Would like to visit again in the future!

We loved this beach condo

Our family enjoyed the comfortable living area and the well stocked kitchen. The covered pool was perfect for the grandkids. The beach is beautiful and not crowded.

Beach Week With The Girls

The kitchen was very well stocked. The ice maker was phenomenal.....a much enjoyed treat while staying at the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue when checking in but Mike was quick to solve the problem. The only suggestion we would make is to have a different type window treatment on the sliding doors.....especially on the upstairs bedroom door. We enjoyed our time at Pinnacle Port; had beautiful weather and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice, everyone enjoyed it.

It was clean & comfortable. Overall We did enjoy our stay! We did throw sheets over sofa and chair, Because some renters are messy & don’t clean up after themselves. stained the beautiful furniture. I always treat someone else’s home, the same way I would want someone to treat my house. The only problem was again, ‘renters’ slopped up the oven and never wiped it out it out after their spills. The oven self-cleaner does not work on the oven. I suggest the owner replace the oven or have it fixed. we were unable to use it & i am not a microwave fan. Thank You for sharing you very nice condo home!

Great time in a great community.

We have been to pinnacle port many times 7+. Staying at a different place each time. And have never been disappointed. The kids room with the bunks and queen worked great for our son and his two friends. Master bathroom was updated nicely.. Would definitely choose this location again!

Location is great but unit was not as advertised.

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived so we had to immediately call the owner. I asked the owner prior to booking if kayaks could be rented at property and he said yes. This was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The location was great; but, the condo was dirty, the cable was out most of the time even after calling owner, there were not enough towels and there was too much of a party crowd at this complex. We stay in this area to be in a quieter area. The beach was very beautiful and not terribly busy so that made up for the bad experience of the condo.

Amazing Condo and location

Enjoyed staying at the property. Has all the amenities if you don’t want to leave. We utilized the pool and beach daily as well as cooking all meals in due to extremely packed restaurants during COVID 19. It was everything my family needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet low key vacation.

Nice place to stay, we would come back. 3rd floor. One king downstairs, pull out queen, two queens upstairs. We fit wonderfully. Balcony off of the master bed upstairs. Mike is easy to communicate with. Our WiFi didn’t work but that’s not the reason we were on vacation so we didn’t really mind.

Nice condo with many amenities.

The condo was clean, updated and well-furnished. Only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. Everyone loved the pool especially since part of it was shaded. I would stay here again.

Nice location but won't be staying at Pinnacle Port again

Pros: -Ease of communication with owner. Had an issue with wifi that the owner immediately responded too & offered to have checked. (We never got the wifi to work but we did not contact the owner back to have it checked because we used the main condos wifi & didn't want to have to wait inside for someone to come fix it. Not the fault of the owners as he offered to have it checked if it did not work.) -View from 1 upstairs bedroom. -Location was nice & not overly crowded -Nicely stocked kitchen. Cons: -Pictures showed a view of beach from living room balcony. The view in reality is of the parking lot & at the far end corner of the balcony you can see some of the beach. -Washer rattles the walls & is extremely loud. -Pool closes at 7:30pm....before it's even dark out. We witnessed the pool "guard" be extremely rude to guests. Printed out signs were posted after complaints from several guests of the pool closing stating it was a county issue. Though another pool a block away inside same gated community was open past 9pm as well as others along the beach. It put a HUGE damper on our vacation as we had several kids in our party that love night swims when it's too dark to be on the beach. The owner stated he was unaware of this change & some other guests we spoke with had stayed at Pinnacle Port last year & said the pool was open until 10 then. It's a new "rule" so I assume most owners are unaware unless they've been lately themselves. Though we enjoyed the ease of renting with the owner & enjoyed the location we won't be staying at Pinnacle Port again. Especially with the pool closing before dark.
