Very nice open concept from the living room, dinning room and kitchen. Every bedroom was great with the king bed and its own bathroom. Everyone was very happy with their stay. As it was 4 small families with little kids. The baby gate for the stairs was a nice touch as well.

Little Getaway

We truly had the best time at this house! The hosts were extremely hospitable and responsive. The property itself was perfect for our group. We had the most relaxing time. The home was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and had the best layout with the 3 families we traveled with! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing residence with modern conveniences. The location on the golf course and in Suncadia were outstanding! Couldn't have asked for a better host with the incredible assistant and communication to ensure our trip was flawless. The spa room was spectacular and really set this property above the rest! I highly recommend Serenity on 13 for couples, families or romantic getaways.

The house is amazing! Everything was immaculate, including a beautiful Christmas tree. We saw a ton of deer, that kept us entertained. We had over a foot of snow, that was plowed of the driveway right away.The host was in contact, making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
