This house was great for our group. Great location, comfortable beds, easy communication with the host. The pool wasn’t open due to the time of year so I can’t comment on that. I will definitely stay here for our next trip.

We were Blessed by the accommodations of the home. We came from West TN to cater a wedding in this area. We were very pleased with kitchen. The house was a great size. I am sure that in the summer it is a perfect place with a family with kids As the pool looked inviting and the big back yard has plenty of places for kids to run off energy. It was a great stay for us. Thank you

The house was exactly as advertised and great for what I was looking for. I was traveling with my 86 year old Mother In Law for a wedding so I needed a house that was easy to access and navigate. The walk-in shower off the master bathroom was perfect for her. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with the basics. There is a Publix nearby, so easy to get groceries and basic supplies vs having to pack all that too.

It was a very lovely, beautiful, clean, comfortable home. The kitchen had a few utensils and dishes to cook meals for our stay. We kind of wish it had more cutting knives to cut veggies and fruit with and another casserole dish. We slept well and was very comfortable and plenty of place. It was a great place for our family to be together for our sons wedding

In town for a youth softball tournament. Exactly what we needed. The heat in the master bathroom was a nice touch. Very quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was easy. Great communication with the host. Zero issues. Pool was closed due to being November.

Very nice, clean home!!

We stayed for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed and was in a very nice neighborhood. Finding a pool was a definite plus and we thoroughly enjoyed using it! We are already planning to come back. There is a lot to do and see in Chattanooga and we hope to come back soon!Highly recommend this host and house.

Manuel was a phenomenal host & I HIGHLY recommend this property! We were so cozy and comfortable in our sweet wedding weekend home! The beds were especially comfortable, we appreciated all the extra towels in a well stocked linen closet, we appreciated ample closet space to hang all the wedding fits, we loved the pool area, & the kitchen nice sized - helped us prepare quite the amazing rehearsal dinner!

Very clean inside the house. Basic amenities, less than some other places we’ve stayed but fine. Due to some extenuating circumstances the pool was not at all clean when we arrived, but the owner did everything in his power to remedy as soon as possible. Very friendly and helpful host. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the house. It was spacious, located in a peaceful neighborhood, and conveniently close to shopping. The only downside was having to pay extra to use the pool and host a BBQ after a baptism. While there were 25 people at the event, everything was cleaned up and put back in order afterward. I also wasn’t too comfortable knowing the pool area was being monitored by security cameras during our stay.Over all, it was a great place for a family to come together, hang out, and stay.

Check in was easy. The house is located conveniently to most things you would want to do. The house was ok in space for the six of us. I was disappointed by the fact the grass had not been cut. The pool was not clean. Yes, when I let him know he sent someone to dump chlorine in it which helped. If I know I have someone coming, I am going to check my yard and amenities. Especially since you paid extra for the pool. He also insisted on leaving the pool cleaner inside the pool so that takes up real estate for the family who wants to play in it. I
