This Beautiful one bedroom/one bath is located close to Xavier University and is used mainly for visiting professors and staff that need to be close to campus but don't want to live among the students. When available it is offered to the general public for rental terms of 30+ days. It is fully furnished and includes off street parking, a large fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, high speed internet/WiFi, modern furniture, queen size bed with NEW BED LINENS EVERY GUEST, EVERY TIME.
Centrally located to everything important in the city, a fabulous value in quality at this price point. There are not a lot of shops or restaurants in walking distance but there is some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment within 5-10 minutes drive.

Can't say enough good things!!

Being on the road is tough as I'm a traveling medical professional and not using VRBO for vacations. It's always a crap shoot as to what we're getting into. Pictures are frequently deceiving and the write-ups are usually over-hyped. NOT THIS PROPERTY! The home was exactly as presented if not better. The owners were attentive to my needs and prompt in remedying the minor things I needed. Essentially everything one would want in a temp living arrangement was provided. Great managers, excellent property!! 6 stars out of 5 possible!

One of the benefits of operating a short term rental company is the wonderful people we have the opportunity to meet from all around the country. Rick is the epitome of a perfect guest. Friendly, pleasant, bright, articulate and down to earth.
