This memorable building is the perfect home base for your trip to Algonac. With 6 bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 6 twin beds, this welcoming property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with showers and toiletries for added convenience. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our building. If you are here to fish or just enjoy Lake St. Clair, we have ample room for your boats and trailers to park and plug in at night, so you are ready to go in the morning! We also offer 2 fully stocked kitchens for you to use, an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit to relax at, and 2 barbeques are also available to use. We are located on the main road close to several boat launches and restaurants. This space is great for family members coming in from out of town if your home can't accommodate them. We have had a few families stay here to celebrate a holiday, weddings in town, and reunions.

I grew up in Algonac and love our little town and what it has to offer. My husband and I are retired from working in the schools and renovate/build homes now to pass the time. This place is one of our adventures! It was an old office building that we turned into a place where groups of friends and family can enjoy while taking in our wonderful town!
What makes this property unique
If you are a fisherman, then you know what a pain it is to find a place with ample room to maneuver/park your truck and trailer, let alone somewhere that has enough areas to plug your toys in at night. This property offers that and also the access to the main road without dealing with tight private streets and other cars to be in the way.
