We think you'll love our luxury, newer built beach house that is located minutes from two beach accesses, Lake Powell, Inlet beach and 30A! In driving time, you will be less than 5 minutes to beach access 94 and 95, less than 2 minutes to the boat launch for lake Powell, 7 minutes to inlet beach and the beginning of 30A, and less than a 15 minutes to Pier Park!

ABOUT THE HOUSE!

All TV's in the house are smart tv's and we provide YouTube TV.
Downstairs, you will walk into a very large, inviting, open floorplan. In the living room, you'll find two 74" couches and a 96" sofa sleeper with a queen mattress that sleeps two, and a 75" TV. This opens up to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets, cups, glasses, wine glasses and utensils you'll need. We do provide one roll of paper towels to get you started. We do offer a stocked coffee and tea bar. We provide coffee beans, a coffee bean grinder and filters for the full pot drip machine and provide reusable K Cups for the Keurig. We do not provide actual K Cups. The tea bar will have a kettle and multiple types of tea.
To the left when you walk in, you'll find the half bath and the master bedroom. The master has a king bed with a private en-suite. We also provide a blow up mattress for this room.

Upstairs, you'll find another living space that has a large sectional with a sofa sleeper that sleeps two. This room is also used as a game room.
The additional rooms upstairs include a large bathroom, laundry room, a bunk room with two single bunks that sleeps 4, and two private rooms with queen beds that sleep two each.

Outside, there is a pool that can be heated in the cooler months or cooled in the hotter months for an additional $50 a day. If you are interested, please give us a 48-hour notice, so we can ensure the pool is the correct temperature when arrive. This will be paid separate, not added onto the booking charge. There are loungers and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the backyard. We also have an electric grill for your use. Please no diving in the pool, and absolutely no glasses in or around the pool. We have plenty of plastic glasses and cups for your use, so please use those! Broken glass in or around a pool is very dangerous for everyone's feet and for the pool! If the pool is damaged due to broken glass, you will be held responsible for the damage. Also, no tampering with the pool equipment, please. The pool is cleaned every Monday, so don't be alarmed when you see someone out there on Monday's. It won't take him very long, so please get out of the pool while he is there, so he can make sure it is sparkling and beautiful for you!

The a/c will not set under 66 degrees, and please make sure the fan is also turned stays on Auto. It gets very hot and humid here in the warm season, so if the air is turned down too low or fan isn't on, the a/c can freeze up. If this happens, we cannot guarantee how quickly we can get someone there to fix it.

When guests leave behind condiments or food or drinks that have not been opened, we do leave them behind for the next guest. It is up to you if you want to use anything that is there or not.
