This property features a spacious 4,300 sqft main house with high ceilings, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, including two showers. One of the bedrooms includes a play area equipped with a ping pong table, arcade games, and a foosball table. The highlight is the stunning wraparound patio with a jacuzzi that offers breathtaking views of the valley—perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The main floor boasts an expansive open kitchen with a 10-seat bar-height counter, making it ideal for hosting gatherings. The lower level includes a 900 square feet 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. It comfortably accommodates a family of 5-6, providing a private and cozy space. Access to the lower level is via a wide outdoor concrete staircase, ensuring privacy and convenience. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the TV and ceiling fan remotes on the table in the room where each belongs
Take all the trash out to the bin outside up the driveway next to the well tank.
Make sure all windows and screens are closed. Return the pool table balls racked on the table, and place the ping pong balls, Xbox items, and foosball pieces back in their original spots
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It’s close enough to enjoy nearby attractions like Bass Lake and Yosemite, while still feeling secluded and peaceful, offering a true escape. The beautiful surroundings, with hiking trails and streams, made it the perfect place to create a space where we could relax and unwind, while still being able to explore everything the area has to offer.
