A valid government-issued ID and a major credit card matching the primary guest’s name are required at check-in. A $250 security deposit is due at check-in and will be released upon check-out; it may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited within resort buildings; designated smoking areas are available. Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee.
Special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges. Late check-outs may be available for a fee, subject to room availability and occupancy levels; please inquire with the front desk 24 hours prior to departure.
