Nestled deep in Sitgreaves National Forest, this massive, 20k square foot luxury lodge offers the perfect blend of comfort, seclusion, and adventure, built for epic family reunions, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and youth camps. The experience includes access to a fenced-in pond with a nostalgic dock and rope swing. (There is an event fee for weddings and corporate retreats.) Excellent internet but the the lodge is off-grid, powered by solar energy and cell service is spotty.

The Space:
Enjoy cozy, family-named bedrooms, each offering a unique charm and a restful retreat after a day of outdoor fun. The lodge includes:
– A large private theater room for movie nights
– A fully equipped basement game room with billiards, foosball, and more
– Expansive grassy areas perfect for games, picnics, and gatherings
– A rope swing into a private pond for the ultimate summer thrill
– A nearby heard of llamas add to the ambiance

Guest Access:
Just across the pond, the nearby barn is available as a separate rental.

The Neighborhood:
Plenty of room for event parking (just inside the entry gate, along the fence). NO RVs allowed inside the gate entrance. Absolutely no connecting RVs to the home.

Getting Around:
While the lodge offers a secluded escape, you're just a few miles (15 minutes) from local dining and shops, ensuring convenience without sacrificing peace and privacy.
